3/24 NDP vs Peoria
On Tuesday the Girls were on the road to Peoria High School. The Saints got off to a quick start scoring 3 runs in the first inning. As the game went on our Saints were leaving too many runners on base, as this would eventually catch up to them. In the bottom of the 5th, Peoria added 2 runs to the score. When the last two innings ended the saints left 2 runners in scoring position at the top of the 7th. Peoria came back in the bottom of the last inning to push across two runs to win the game. This was the Saints 8th loss of the season by just one run. It was a tough loss for the girls. NDP-3 Peoria-4 |
